apkvip Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "apkvip", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the operator of the apkvip platform accessible at apkvip.vip.
• "Platform" means the apkvip website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all products and services offered thereon, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots and table games.
• "User", "you" or "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a User on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, being the primary transaction currency on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance held within a User's Account reflecting deposited funds and pending winnings.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the apkvip Platform — whether by browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all supplementary policies published on apkvip, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you are required to immediately cease using the Platform and close any Account held with apkvip. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and apkvip with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and apkvip relating to the same subject matter.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the apkvip Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years or older. By registering an Account or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. apkvip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

You further represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful under applicable law, and that you are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation in any activity offered on the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or organisation when accessing the Platform;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from apkvip or had an Account closed by apkvip for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are not a politically exposed person whose access to gambling services is restricted under relevant regulations.

apkvip makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Pakistani users are specifically reminded to review applicable local laws regarding online gaming and to participate only if they have satisfied themselves that doing so is permitted under those laws.

4. Account Registration

To place wagers or access the full features of the Platform, you must register an Account with apkvip. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly should it change. apkvip reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion.

Each person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. Where apkvip identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, all such Accounts may be suspended and any balances within them forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes associated with your Account. You must notify apkvip immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. apkvip shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

5. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated on the Cashier page for a specific payment method. apkvip accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and USDT (TRC-20 network). Additional methods may be added or removed at apkvip's discretion.

Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are credited to your Account Wallet instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect. apkvip reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds where this is considered necessary for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the Platform. Deposits are not interest-bearing. apkvip does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from within your Account at any time subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal amount and to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

Standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and Easypaisa — 15 to 60 minutes; domestic bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days; USDT — 10 to 30 minutes. These timescales are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

apkvip reserves the right to delay, suspend or refuse any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions or technical error is suspected, pending completion of the relevant investigation.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and gaming activity on apkvip is subject to the specific product rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet or wager you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any conflict between a specific product rule and these Terms & Conditions, the specific product rule shall prevail with respect to the relevant product only.

apkvip uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all digital table games and slot products. Live casino products are streamed from professional dealer studios. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the relevant system. Disputed results must be raised with support within seven (7) days of the relevant event or round.

apkvip reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been corrupted by match-fixing, technical error, or where incorrect odds have been published due to manifest error. In such cases, deposited stake amounts will be returned to the User's Wallet.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time apkvip may offer promotional bonuses, free spins or other incentives to eligible Account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. Where bonus terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall govern with respect to that promotion.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or collusion between Users — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you shall not use the Platform to engage in any of the following activities:

• Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud or identity fraud;
• Use of automated bots, scripts, macros or other software tools to access, scrape or interact with the Platform;
• Exploitation of software errors or technical vulnerabilities, whether for financial gain or otherwise;
• Money laundering or the processing of funds derived from illegal activity through the Platform;
• Colluding with other Users in any form to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other product;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification or any other compliance process.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on the apkvip Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio and video material — is the property of apkvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of apkvip.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apkvip shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. apkvip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages or circumstances beyond apkvip's control may result in temporary unavailability and apkvip shall not be liable for any losses arising therefrom.

apkvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

12. Responsible Gaming

apkvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that participation in gaming activities may result in financial loss. apkvip provides the following tools within your Account to support responsible gambling:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly);
• Session time limits and session reminders;
• Loss limits;
• Cooling-off periods;
• Permanent self-exclusion.

If you believe your gambling has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to activate self-exclusion from within your Account settings and to seek professional assistance. 13. Termination

apkvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, suspected money laundering, or conduct that apkvip reasonably considers harmful to the interests of the Platform or other users.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Wallet balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your primary payment method, subject to completion of verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms & Conditions is under investigation.

14. Amendments

apkvip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, apkvip will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as apkvip representing or warranting that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
